Private betaWebsites and client pages for real estate agents

Every deal sellsthe next one.

Streamline gives every client a private page that walks them through their deal, step by step. When it closes, their review goes on your page, which shows your listings and closings and brings in the next lead. Every client, deal and document in one place.

Today on a computer: a greeting over what needs the agent, a late step on a deal and new leads to reply to, beside what's next on their calendar.Clients on a computer: who needs the agent this week, then every client in a list with the stage their deal is at and its next date.A client's file on a computer: who they are, the deal with the stage it's at and its next dates, tabs for the checklist, activity, documents, photos and people, and what needs the agent.Your page being edited on a computer: the page as a visitor gets it on a phone, its address over it, and beside it its look and its parts in order.Your page on a computer: visits, requests, calls and emails and time on page over the last 7 days, each against the week before, over a chart of visits by day, beside three sentences on what's working.

A private page for every client.A public page for you.

Clients open their own page from a private link, with no password to remember, to see where their deal stands and what comes next, finish their steps and send you documents. When it closes, Streamline asks them to confirm it and leave you a review, which goes on your public page beside your listings and closings. Requests from your page, and visitors who register at your open houses without an agent, arrive as new leads.
